Norma Vetell was born and raised in Bolivia. At the age of 16, she moved to the United States, starting her journey toward becoming a language education expert.

Norma completed her Bachelor’s degree at St. John’s University and earned dual Master’s degrees in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education from Hunter College.

Norma began a 13-year career as a Behavior Analyst, teaching children with Autism Spectrum Disorders using structured bilingual methods.

Norma earned a Foreign Language at the Elementary School Extension from Dowling College, expanding her teaching credentials.

After years of success with her Spanish program, Norma expanded her focus to teaching English to local adults seeking improved job opportunities, leading to the creation of AllSpanGlish.

Norma earned a certification from Instituto Cervantes of New York to teach Spanish to adults.

Bettina Castro, a linguistics expert from Bolivia, joined as English Teaching Supervisor. Fluent in five languages and with global teaching experience, Bettina exemplifies All Spanglish’s commitment to excellence.
